Anyone seriously interested in pursuing a career in romance writing is invited to attend a STAR chapter meeting. Chapter meetings are held the third Monday of each month at the Tioga County Office Building in Owego, unless otherwise noted. Guests are welcome to sitin on two meetings, after which they may join the chapter. All chapter members must also be members of RWA.
